"I am not sure if it is a company policy or a practice that this agency uses to minimize their cancellations but I activated my policy a week in advance of the start date because I wanted to lock in my price but still shop around. I ended up finding a cheaper policy elsewhere so I cancelled my State Farm policy the day after I set it up. (Keep in mind it hasn’t activated yet). The representative informed me that I will receive a refund in 45 days which I think is ridiculous but whatever. 30 days later I get a charge for my policy and it was never cancelled. This was all done mid august and I still have not received a refund and now I have to dispute this charge from a policy that should have been canceled the day after it was activated."

"I had a claim issue with State Farm today and was having no luck using the State Farm app to take my pictures and finish filing the claim a customer service agent name Ade came to my rescue stayed with me all the way tried to help me but something must have been wrong with the app he then allowed me to take the pictures while he was on the phone with me and then send the pictures to him personally and he sent the pictures and the other information I needed to the responsible party to get my claim finished he was great more than great and even greater I thank him tremendously great experience with him and he made up for what the State Farm app failed at doing thank you Ade"
